Skyrim SE with mod organiser stuck at zoomed in main menu

The game window is zoomed in to the top left corner, I cant access the menu in any way the game is unplayable, ive tried to set the launch option in steam to : -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080, and it didnt work and I also went to SkyrimPrefs.ini and set it to iSize H=1920
iSize W=1080, it was on 4k for some reason but it also didnt work... what do I do?

Launch SkyrimSE with the default loader and make sure the settings aren't in windowed mode.

Is your monitor set a higher refresh rate that 60Hz? I sometimes have this problem, although I thinks its a symptom of something wrong with my multi monitor setup. But I have noticed that happens.

I just did that and it launched with the full screen on the default loader.. but it still does the same thing on mod organiser..

nope.. I'm at 60hz and I only have a single monitor

Probably something is up with the ini files in MO. MO has an own set of ini files.

Changed the res in the ini files there and it worked, was at 4k, game is fullscreen now, thanks mate

Depends on the path where the mods are installed look for the map profiles or alternatively look in MO there's a button Tools and then ini editor the button looks like a couple of puzzle pieces.
