ENB = Low FPS
In Vanilla I normally get upto 90+ FPS (Refresh Rate Uncap + HavokFix). But since I've installed Rudy ENB or Mythical ENB on a fresh install of the skyrim se and my FPS has tanked to 30 and at best 36 in places like Riverwood. I've also tried editing lines on "enblocal" & "enbseries" to do with fps but is still tanking.

I've triple checked that i've installed it correctly, tried "enbhelper" and also changing resolution and lowering graphics which I don't think would be a problem with my setup unless I'm wrong

My Setup:

PROCESSOR: Intel® Core™ i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
GRAPHICS: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
MEMORY: 16 GB

I would think you should be able to run those enbs with that system, all I can say is go over the description page and make sure you're following the installation instructions.

Some enbs want you to disable some of the games graphiic options.

So you say Fresh Install. Is that because you had issues last playthrough. Just asking because if so then you may have unwanted guests.

And some ENBs want you to install more than just their enb so the problem could be there too. And that goes for the same Mod Author for example Re Engaged by firemanaf comes in about 8 different versions, then he has a few other ENBs as well. There are different things he asks/suggests you install for some of them. So as much info as possible is always appreciated when asking in the forums.

That is normal when using an ENB and the price to pay for extra eye-candy. Doesn't matter if you have the latest and greatest hardware, expect FPS drops.

You can tweak settings by pressing Alt+Enter and try unchecking some of the options to improve performance. The biggest performance drain is usually DoF and I believe Ambient Occulusion or something related to shadows, I can't remember the exact name. Also check to see if there are different versions available geared more towards performance.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim SE and followed the installation guide on the mod page (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4796) and getting the same results.
