Missing Name
When I'm trying to smith something, exemple steel armor, all the equipment are "missing name" same for deadra and glass armor. Why is that ? Does anyone found a solution. I already tried to unstall and install the game but still their no matter which save I'm using and even when i unstall all my mods.

Just out of curiosity, where did you get the unofficial patch?

Unoffical SE patch can be found here:

That's nice to know, but I asked where the OP got it.

The NPC at the beginning of the cave to 'disrupt skooma' to become Thane of Riften has no name and can't be looted, and the quest becomes impossible to complete as well.
Does the unofficial patch fix that too?

Ussep is not the source of this problem. Can you provide a list of all mods you are currently using?

I can assure you that this is the problem my game is all fine now that I've unstall it

Ussep should not be the source. You most likely have a mod that was conflicting with ussep and should have a patch or incorporated version you can use.

I can assure you that a properly installed ussep does not cause this issue on its own.

USSEP isn't the culprit, you probably have something adding old string files in your data folder.

with me i have no mods at all and have the problem i said

USEEP can cause issue if:
not yet adressed bug.
got wrong version
place in wrong load order
not used a loadorder sorter like example LOOT
got a version that is not from Arthmoor, who is the main dev leader

here nexusmods useep page
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/266/?

here useep patch history:
https://afkmods.iguanadons.net/Unofficial%20Skyrim%20Special%20Edition%20Patch%20Version%20History.html

here bug tracker bugs that useep still causes:
https://afktrack.iguanadons.net/index.php?a=issues&project=6

USEEP can cause bugs: that not have been fix or are not tested

read your self what been done and read also how to properly install it

another issue that USEEP also can cause since:
its a USLEEP conversion and so uses 32 bit main data
and not the SkyrimSE base data
some diffrences that not yet been adress can also cause issues
