I hope they take notice. Believe it or not, when you have to choose the "product title", you can't even chose "Skyrim Special Edition", you have to chose "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim".
I really hope this will work out.
If yes, bug report.
If no, test mods one by one unti you find the issue.
It's clearly a bug.
The main effect seems to be: When you are looking across a water surface at a scene, observe the reflections on the water. Under certain angles everything seems ok (if looking straight ahead or slightly upwards).
Then start looking down slowly. You will notice the reflection on the water surface developing a horizontal divide (it first appears as kind of a shadow, clearly divided by a sharp horizontal line).
The reason is that there are still screen space reflections below this line but above it has no screen space reflections at all, only the normal 'fake' reflections (as if Screen Space Reflections had been turned off in the area above the dividing line).
This is what I see in an unmodded vanilla game:

"There is a specific mod that causes the green reflection"
No, it's not in my case. Definitely not. It's in the newly setup, completely mod-free game as well.
Look at his screenshots.
Furthermore we just found out that it is a vanilla issue for the OP, not an installation issue of Enhanced Blood Textures as you had.
I'm really thinking of installing Enhanced Blood Textures as soon as I can, just to take a few screenshots about and post them in your thread.
I mean, it's just not right to blame a mod for issues others don't have.
If I get those issues myself, I will support your thread, otherwise you should realize that you did something wrong by yourself.
Nope. It is definitely an issue in the base game. Small waterfalls reflect bright green in the surrounding waters when using screen space reflections.

Yepp, that's the exact same location where I have the exact same issue.
I already sent a screenshot to Bethesda, and after a lot of (really *very* basic and totally useless) advice they gave me, they finally acknowledged "it appears that this may be a bug".
I know a wayy to fix this but you will lose reflection of clouds. Adjust your skyrim.ini file !!! not skyrimprefs.ini !!!
Search for: [Water]
Make sure you have bReflectsky=0
bReflectLODLand=1
bReflectLODObjects=1
bReflectLODTrees=1
bReflectSky=0
@Rem_NL: Erm, no.
You are talking about the old Skyrim of 2011: In that game's Skyrim.ini the values you are writing about actually exist.
In the Skyrim.ini of Skyrim Special Edition however, there simply is no [Water] section, and if you create it with the values you are talking about, nothing changes whatsoever.
It does for me, make sure you change it in skyrimprefs.ini not skyrim.ini located somewhere in your documents folder/games. Alternativly (and highly reccomended) use bethini http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4875/?
Still, if I insert this under the [Water] section in SkyrimPrefs.ini nothing changes whatsoever. Even if I use BethIni: no changes of the bad reflections at all.
