Courage causes crashing

Can someone test this for me and reply here?
Try casting Courage on someone from both hand sumiltaneously (cast two spell and release them simultaneously, not use dual-casting).
Do it in quick succession on the same target and tell me if it crashes the game.

Same thing here. Really infuriating. I'm trying to farm up Illusion and it's crashing over and over. No consistency as far as how many will cause it to crash, and in fact it's actually crashed a few seconds after I've stopped casting sometimes.

Yup, I was leveling illusion by using courage on my follower, and it crashed twice.

I haven't learned that spell, but I was in a dungeon with a lot of drauger and using Mayhem was also crashing the game.
Moving a little further though, I could use the spell without crashing.

Figured it may have something to do with indoor areas?

Does Whiterun count as indoors? I mean, technically it's instanced, I guess? But I was outside of Belethor's/Arcadia's stores using Courage on a guard.

Nah I meant tight enclosed places, but looks like that isn't the case. Just got Courage from a bandit camp btw, so mgiht as well try it myself... and brace myself for crashes I guess :P

Same thing here, if I cast it a few times consecutively it'll crash my game.

Just tried it a bunch in Riften (both indoor/outdoor) and Dawnstar, no crashes.
Maybe it happens it certain places :S

Have also confirmed it. Riften is safe from the crashing. I tried it for about 10-20 minutes without it crashing.

Late to the party but I can confirm that the bug still exists. Outdoor/indoor does not matter, as I was dual casting Courage onto the same Falkreath guard a few times.

Found the cause. Mind effecting spells Fear, frenzy, calm, courage, and turn undead do not dispel the previous instance of the spell on the target. Therfore using it 87 times on the same entity overloads the game and forces a crash. It's really sad as it's one of the few ways to actually effectivly level restoration. Can someone please send this little bug to USSEP?
