no matter how hard i look i cant find the code for summon arvak. what is it?

Can't remember how to do it without a mod manager but just remembered a console command as well.

Try "Help Arvak" or Help "Summon Arvak"

That should spit the base ID's then use the player.additem command to give yourself the spell tome
