ARGH! MIRABELLE ERVINE IS OUT OF THE MAP

So before I start I qm on ps4. Yes I know this is for pc but I can not find any help online what so ever so this is my last hope really. I need to speak with Mirabelle Ervine and apparently this sack of sh*t is located right outside of the map. I tried going there but it is an invisible barrier. Any help?

according to the UESP, "Mirabelle's second dialogue option in stage 99 may not advance the quest. Additionally, Mirabelle may be stuck on a rock outside the College wall; however, she can be accessed by jumping down toward her."

Maybe that'll work?

Speaking of which, would you recommend i DL and install the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition patch from nexus?

No no no, you see she is not even in the map its self. Look at winterhold on the map and move the cursor as far up as it will go. She is apparently there.

Wow, that sounds wrong, but it is definitely a bug. I'm sorry but, maybe loading an earlier save and trying again will fix that?

I am going to unload every single mod I have and see if that helps.

Maybe... I don't have a PS4, just a launch date B/C PS3, so i'm not sure the console works, with mods, it might, if plugging in an usb keyboard and pressing tilde does anything, type in:

prid 1c1a0
moveto 14 (or moveto player)

will teleport her just next to you. With mod support I presume they left the developer console enabled, or at least I hope they did

Tried pressing it but nothing happened. Really hope this is fixed soon.

Dammm, not good, mod support but no dev console? Sounds sloppy...

I don't think console games ever get dev consoles though?
