Choppy when moving around
I will say it first that I am not playing it on PC, I am playing this on PS4. However, i've been searching for Skyrim Special Edition forums or chats and can't find anything so I hope you guys can help me.

So I have a problem that when I move around the screen kind of jumps. Its really choppy like if frames are dropping. In 3rd person i dont notice anything so its probably not happening but when in first person, anytime I am spinning around at an angle the screen just kinda acts like its hitting a bunch of tiny clips it gets really frustrating when I see all these super smooth gameplays but here I am having this odd motion sickness when I try spinning around to follow the path of a dragon. Its VERY noticeable if i slowly pan my screen too. You can see where it starts to get choppy.

Is there any possible fix for this at all?

I'd love to help but I wouldn't know how to fix something like this on a console. On PC I fixed my stuttering issues with an ENB mod and disabling Skyrim's VSync, but that's not going to be an option for you... Are there any tools available on console that let you display your FPS? Or edit configs?

not sure he can tell on his console.

I remember ps3 skyrim running terribly and having really bad save bloat issues when I played the console version way back. You might want to check your save size. You should also make sure your console isn't getting too hot and is in a well ventilated area. Besides suggesting that not sure I can help you.

Supposedly, there is a dynamic FPS for consoles but I think Consoles are still on that 30 fps lock. However I think Dragon might be right. I've been playing this game with very small breaks in between so maybe its because my PS4 is getting hot from too much use. I'll take a break from it today. And check for the results.

I've been googling it for the past few days but I dont really see anything that specifies my problem. It doesnt make the game unplayable, just an eyesore.

Due to graphics memory speed limitations, is why consoles are going the 'moddable' route hardware wise

what resolution is your screen set to that you are playing on. Maybe if you lower the resolution the PS4 might output at that resolution and get better FPS.

The PS2 ran cooler on it's side. Perhaps there are mods you can do to install a better fan aswell.
