Mods are what will crash you most often. What mods are you using? And what mod organizer?

KS hairdos lite

P.S. The crashing isnt that bad. It crashed after ~2 hrs. But I get really frustrated when it happens. x)

Game doesnt stutter or lag at all. So im quite sure my pc is able of handling it.
Yep, that's good then. Skyrim can be a little unstable at times, (though I've yet to encounter any crashes with 19 mods installed. That's NOT me saying that it's your fault), so it may be a program interfering (make sure there are as few background processes as possible), or corrupt files, or an outdated redist.
That's all basic stuff though. Maybe try playing the game without mods for a while and see what happens. Then you can at least be sure that it's not one of your mods. Even with a good load order it can still cause problems.
