I am having problems in Riften
TL;DR - I can not find Indaryn for the mark of dibella quest. Haelga and Wujeeta are also no where to be found. The Riften Fishery is locked no matter what time it is.

Here are more details on my problem. I started obtaining the mark of dibellas for a side quest in riften. I obtained two but I can't find Indaryn anywhere. I looked in the meadery, the bee and barb, Haelgas inn, and every other building (except for the locked buildings in the docks) but he isn't there.

This is where the quest marker is placed on the map.

I went to the quest marker but he is not there.

I had the Skyrim Unofficial Patch mod enabled so I disabled it in hopes of it fixing the issue but it did not.

I did attempt to fix the issue by spawning in Indaryn via console commands and it did work. But then I could not find Haelga so I spawned her in and I was able to complete the quest. I figured that I would do the same for Wujeeta considering she was also no where to be found and that the fishery was locked no matter the time of day. I got the quest from her but then I couldn't find the Scooma dealer because the quest marker wouldn't take me to the location, I couldn't even see it on the map period. (Didn't think about taking a screenshot of this at the time. Sorry.)

So I undid everything by loading my save back to where I needed to get the mark from Indaryn because I didn't want to risk messing the game up even more by continously spawning people in.

I don't know why I am having these problems, but if anyone has/knows a solution to this it would be great.

Wow...a whole lot of problems there.
Is it possible one or more of these people were killed? Dragons/Vampires etc.
Also, did you check the boarding house at night for Wujeeta?

I forgot what a potential pia this is w/o the Unofficial patch. I have to find Wujeeta myself next.

I guess it could be possible that they could have been killed, but wouldn't the quest be unavailable or failed if they did die? And yes I did check the boarding house at night. She wasn't there either.

Unfortunately quests are usually available even if the questgiver dies. It is one reason some of the mods that prevent/limit this are so important. But I'm determined to play an unmodded game. Mara help us all.

P.S. Found Wujeeta on dock finger pier at 4:30 p.m. in hopes you might get as lucky. Doors to fishery were still locked.

teleport them to you with console commands and see if they're corpses or not

Oh my god thank you so much! It worked and it was actually them and not copies I created like i did previously. I telported to them before bringing them back with me to Riften, and both Indaryn and Haelga were glitched under the map away from riften where the quest objective said they were. They are both now in their correct locations in Riften. I am going to try this for Wujeeta and see if she is in a similar problem. Thank you so much again! :D

If they are corpses you can also just bring up console while looking at their body, click on them so their ID comes up then type "resurrect" and they will come back to life.
