Items Rattling...
Does anyone else have the problem while entering buildings, all the items rattle non stop. As if they are banging around the counters at a very fast pace?

If anyone knows how to fix this, that would be appreciated. Everytime I walk into Inns and Shops I here this constant rattling, clunking, etc.

Only certain empty wine bottles, but that's because i turned off vsync for a smoother experience. Yours must be really high if everything rattles.

What FPS are you running at?
Tendeep Nov 3, 2016 @ 3:40pm
I just read this is caused by FPS going over 60... I run at around 120-144. Is there a way to cap FPS or correct this issue. People are stating this is due to the PhysX engine not supporting FPS over 60... lol

Oh man, capping this at Max with 60 makes my game laggy as hell, but fixes the items rattling... kind of a sad remastered release.

I'm currently having the exact same problem, 144hz monitor. I can easily pull 120+ fps but then there's the rattling. Capped it through adaptive vsync (half refreshrate), but now I feel a weird mouse lag/latency issue. So I'm trying to find a way to limit fps without having to turn on vsync (because I think it's the vsync which is causing mouse lag).

Havoc, not physx. Two different physics engines.

I love you dude, this thread lead me to https://www.reddit.com/r/pcgaming/comments/5aa7w5/confirmed_120fps_fix_for_skyrim/ which was incredibly interesting.

I run my monitor on 120hz (because reasons), so I put fMaxTime=0.0083 together with iVSyncPresentInterval=0 in "My Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\skyrim.ini" which essentially (supposedly*) binds physics to 120fps. Now I can pull 120 - 200 fps in game, with seemingly no physics issues, no visual glitches (after turning down my OC), and no mouse latency issues since I don't have to use vsync. Everything is perfect for me now.
