Slow-Motion Block Game Breaking bug
I'm sure im not the only one who has had this problem, but every time i go to block a power attack i get stuck in permanant slow motion, and the only way to fix it is to reload to a save before it happened.

Is there a console command to disable slow-mo? or do i have to ditch blocking all together lol

Hello friend, I have the same issue with my game right now. Though for me, alt-tabbing back and forth fixes the issue untill my next block. Apparently this has been a bug since 2012 and has never been fixed

I never had permanant slow motion with blocking. The longest buggy slow motion was around 6-8sec. But it's was very handy bug and allowed me to kill multiple enemies at once. So I can't complain :steamhappy:

I have this problem also. I've found saving the game stops the slow motion but haven't found a permanent fix.

You can get mods that will fix it for you. None have been officially ported over, but there are some on the Nexus for the OG that will fix it.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72856/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D72856&pUp=1

This is one such mod... Not sure if it requires SKSE (If it does you won't be able to use it yet) , but it's just a quick heads up that it is/will be fixable with mods :)

Another thing you >can< do is remove the perk using the console.

Finding a perk id:
help [name of perk] 4
Example: help Armsman 4

Removing a perk
player.removeperk [perk id]
Example: player.removeperk 00079342

Adding a perk (to add another perk in its place
player.addperk [perk id]
Example: player.addperk 00079342

I dealt with slow swing attacks when I loaded survival mode and I found a way to fix it. I used
player.forceav weaponspeedmult 1.
and now my character swings normally again
