Cursor, Menu Item Duplication On- Screen
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=792460426

Everything, including the Steam Overlay, that appears on my screen appears to infinitely duplicate itself, leaving a little "trail".

In addition to this, there are no 3d models on the menu or in the loading screens. I haven't gotten to the actual game yet, so I can't say there.

If anyone can offer a solution, please note that I AM NOT using an AMD or Nvidia graphics card, so AMD or Nvidia related solutions are unperformable on my system.

Have you tried using a computer that meets the minimum requirements to run the game?

I don't believe I mentioned my PC specs.

I'm seeing a lot of this bug around the internet, but no fix for non Nvidia/AMD users :\

What video card that isn't made by AMD or Nvidia are you using that also meets the minimum requirements? I don't think any of the Current Matrox lineup do.

It's an Intel, and it doesn't.

But I don't meet the requirements for the original game either (according to systemrequirementslab), and yet can and have ran it with 200+ mods before.

Of course, I should have expected this :P

Don't use systemrequirementslab. They are extremely inaccurate in my experience. For example, they don't have any actual data from users, nor do they have accurate info for notebook GPUs. Use www.game-debate.com instead.

No problem, although I can't get their system requirements pages to work correctly at the moment, their widget works fine.
