Skyrim SE Official Patch?

Does anyone know if there will be one for skyrim special edition on steam anytime soon to fix all these bugs?

Yep. Like USLEEP was for Skyrim LE, new USSEP is equally important for Skyrim SE.

I think they're planning on releasing at least one, if only to fix the audio compression "issue".

Was there a patch recently? I used to have obvious z-fighting on mountains and some distant towns. Now z-fighting has completly disapeared. No mods so the base game must have been updated, because this was a pretty glaring issue.
