"tending to your dogs"

I have been geting this comment from guards in any town I enter. Anyone know what I need to do?

Don't be a werewolf.
Its a comment you get once you do it, because, well, you smell like a dog now lol

Do they say something along the lines of "Ugh. Have you been tending to your hounds? You smell like a wet dog!"

If so, it's because you're a Werewolf. The Hold Guards occasionally say different things.

That comment comes from having at least 30 pickpocket or sneak skill.

another comment about this is from the whiterun guards that the howling must stop in Jorrvaskr, because it's unbearable.
