Snow texture bug...

Hi. While playing today I found a strange bug. There are small blue "dots" on snowy surfaces. For example: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1386669609 . I also tried with Re-Engage ENB, and that just seems to aggravate the issue: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198255917883/screenshots/?appid=489830 . This only seems to happen on snowy surfaces. I do have a few mods which are related to snow textures, I can list them here. If its important to do that, please let me know. Thanks in advance for any help.

Those are shadow spots. You could try tweaking your snow and lighting mods to make it look more appealing.

My mods which I think could be responsible, or even a slightest chance of them being responsible, they are not in a sorted load order:

1. No snow under roof

Any suggestions, or any problems you can see with these?

First, we need your whole LOOT sorted mod list when trying to help. To post your load order, just click on the 3 verticle dots in the upper right corner of LOOT screen, click on copy load order from the drop-down menu, and then paste.

Second, If in the one screen shot of the wall you are referring to the white spots (which I would have to assume are static and not moving - thus eliminating snow falling effects), I would have to initially guess somehing to do with your ENB.

As to the other shot of the stone slab with snow on it - what exactly is the problem? That looks normal - with just a little shadow striping (which is really not noticable if you are playing the game as opposed to examining textures for minor imperfections). It's not going to look like screen shots you sometimes see posted or like vids of the game, because those people are not actually playing the game - they have their graphics set for the express purpose of taking screenshots and making vids - not to play.

The problem is with the snow shader. Without it everything is perfect. But I would still like to have a fix if possible.

About the load order, I have a lot of mods installed but basically the ones I mentioned are the only ones have to do anything with those textures. I can edit my load order in notepad so that I can remove the mods which don't have anything to do with textures from the load order. This will also save you time. Will that be fine?

The dots are not moving, right. Without ENB the issue is less noticable, in the screenshot its hardly noticable, but in the game its still noticable.

The stone slab has the blue dots, just the quantity is less. Much less.

Its a very big list full of followers, armors, weapons and animation mods. To save time, I have shortened the list to include all my texture mods + quests mods and such, but no followers, or etc.. mods which cannot have anything to do with this (am I right?). What is steam specs page? If you want to know my system's basic specs, here they are:

Laptop, MSI
Gtx 1060 6gb
i7 7700hq
32gb ddr4 (2400mhz)
Windows 10 Home 64bit
I play at 1920x1080p which is the native resolution.

Turn off the snow shader it causes the problem.
