I am using hearthfire multi adoption along with alt start live another life and chose the home owner option. I wanted to adopt kids and get married. I noticed "the romance mod" is not out yet if ever for se and thought I would let you know the custom voiced follower " Kaiden " works good for a romance/marriage/kids option. He marries in a temple plus a 2nd private option and even interacts with the adopted kids etc and spouts romantic cheesy lines at my character lol. Not bad looking for a vanilla type too. Try him out.
