Skyrim SE, Salmon roe don't spawn

Hello.

There is a bug in game - salmon roe don't respawn. I waited for a month, in other locations, then went back to where the salmon always jumped - no salmon, no roe.

How to be?

It is clean Skyrim SE, without mods.

You can find salmon roe by catching salmon jumping over the river, they despawn after landing, I heard shouting at normal salmons forces them to drop salmon roe.

There is no jumping salmon at all. Earlier, the salmon jumped and I caught it. At some point the salmon stopped respawning. And now there is nowhere to get roe.

I have no ice storm yet. But in internet there is posts that it not helps. And that's all. How did they fix that problem - no answers.
So I write here, maybe someone had solved this bug.

I had the same problem. The mines wouldn't respawn either. I fixed it by going into the properties tab in Steam, and validating the files. it found two files were messed up, and the next time I started the game, it downloaded a bunch of crap. All fixed. Also, I went to riften and waited another ten days just to make sure.

Cast a destruction spell at salmon, that gives me more salmon roe than I get otherwise.

You could've fixed your necroposting by looking at the timestamps.

Why?
If I harvest Salmon normally I'm lucky to get any Salmon Roe from over two hundred Salmon, If I hit them with a destruction spell, any destruction spell, I get them for every twenty Salmon I harvest... Lightning spells seem to work better, but that may just be that it seems to....
