Body Head Color Mismatch
It's 2018... Have we found a way to fix this issue yet?

That's a problem on your end.

True, but it's still annoying and I accidentally broke Kaidan while fixing everyone else. :steammocking:

Or your mod author didnt include facegen files in their mod.

But to answer the OPs question, look up the dark face bug on Nexus and instead of downloading the file (it'll only work if you have the same mods the creator has) follow the step by step directions in the mod description page.

BS beat me to it; the directions are the same whether you follow the Nexus page or the one they linked to.

I don't think they mention the bug about how to select the actors properly on the nexus page, Being the only difference;

Notes
When selecting actors in the Object Window, make sure you navigate and highlight them via the Actors -> Actor sub tree, because the CTRL+F4 key binding will not work if the actors are selected through the *All category.

Also when I did it I had to break the list up because the CK kept crashing on me when I tried to select everyone at once. (I had a lot of dark face due to conflicting mods that really SHOULDN'T have conflicted in the first place.)

I'm not referring to the Gray Face Bug. I'm referring to the body being a slightly different color tint than the head.

Vanilla body? Never noticed.

No, Modded Body's. But it's not the Gray Face. It's just a slight discoloration between body and head. You could almost ignore it if they were wearing a choker or necklace. But there's got to be a way to fix that.

You probably could painstakingly change the face tints on every npc, but I doubt it would actually be worth the effort required.

Use Botox for Skyrim and a good texture. I'm using Pride of Valhalla for the women, and Tempered Skin for Males (SoS version). Have not had a seam issue yet on anyone. Botox seemed to fix any discoloration issues I had. I think it redoes the facegen data for all NPCs.

Botox?

Sorry not at my computer so searching is difficult.

Yeah. I think it just got ported or posted. I was using Total Character Makeover, but it put way too many ponytails in the game, again. Get sick of seeing these warmaidens with ponytails or overcoiffed hair. Tried out Botox for Skyrim, and it's pretty much exactly what I wanted.
