What isnt exactly working? If its the SL animations, you may not have suitable animation packs.

4471 seems rather low, i think i had 50k animations loaded when i had SL 163 installed with 25-30 mods actually using the SL163 framework.

You also dont seem to have any trigger hooks to call the animations.

For example.. SL Defeat, SL Submit, SLEN, SL Dialogues

SL163 is just a framework for handling the animations. you need mods to trigger them.

Also...

Id recommend you just go down the rabbit hole, get a bunch of quest/combat and other mods, download a bunch of animation packs, and see what works and doesnt.

Finally, i recommend Kimys and Vinfamys mods.. Enjoy

Well I mean the FNIS log you pasted, says what it does not like.

And no, never used Cannabis, I do have 18 animation mods running and stable, no errors though.

That warning usually means you are trying to use oldrim animation files with SE. They need to be converted first to work in SE

I have trigger hooks: flower girls, eager npcs.
The animations don't play. The actors reposition themselves but don't play animations.

I would unload all the SL stuff.. and then just enable SL163 and run FNIS. Lookup the test commands to do 1 person animations. you need to ensure that is working first. Then go animation hook 1 by 1 to test it.

I still think youre not having compatible animations, i think youre going to have to go to the SL163 framework download page and get a bunch of animation packs

No, funny thing is it was working perfectly then I had to reinstall some mods because of a crash and now it doesn't.
