Quick Loot RE Alternatives?
I recently saw a video about Quick Loot Re and thought it would really fit my current game build and mod list, so I hopped on over to the Nexus to give it a try.

Seems the files are no longer available to download. Are there any alternatives to Quick Loot? I know that, based on the various posts to the thread, that the mod is no longer working as intended and was most likely removed because of this, but it was a rather neat mod, from the looks of it.

Does anyone know of any alternatives that do work? Or am I out of luck?

I believe it's open source code so someone could bring it back. I don't know why the uploader of the first one just stop working on it. Such a shame. Why the re one was removed >:/

Hopefully someone does! I really was hoping to use it :'(

I'm not sure why RE is down. I noticed the mod's comments was imbued with a lot of reports of the mod no longer working and needing updated, so maybe the author removed it because of that? Maybe he intends to update and re-upload the mod?

Yes but quick loot se is old and outdated. I don't believe it will work as it needs to be updated for the latest skyrim se version / skse64 version. Quick Loot RE is completely dead. I have no idea why they just stop updating it and removed it's files. Someone uploaded a working version but it's gone too for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason. Very disappointing. I loved that mod.

Its very odd, most authors just abandon it, rather than remove the downloads.. very weird

As far as I know this is the latest thing the author said publically. Old Quickloot RE was apparently "buggy as ♥♥♥♥" so it was rewritten and is in beta.

There are a couple of QuickLoot mods, but both are a pain to install or get to work properly. I tried, but i use Hunterborn and quicktoot doesn’t cooperate well with it. Or any mod that prompts an additiinal action, like Sacrosanct Drain OR Pickpocket when target is asleep. Plus, afaik, QL doesn’t show proper % of successful pickpocketing attempt. All in all, while a neat idea, both versions on Nexus are more trouble than they are worth

All I say is hope someone who knows coding could help him get the mod running without major issues.

so far it works for me. It doesn't require the old requirements. The beta one requires SKYUI, SKSE64 and MSVCR 2019 if you don't have that installed. Just know, you will run into issues. I believe some quest items won't work but give it a try.

Gotcha! I think I'm going to haunt the reddit page for developments before I download it. My current playthrough is one I'd rather not bug out if I can help it, lol :)

I have found the solution guys!!!!!!!!

A replacement DLL for Quickloot EE which supports Skyrim SE 1.6.1130+. Requires the latest Address Library.

Install QuickLoot EE first, then install this
overtop.
