Serious static flickering when laptop plugged in
This issue has been going on for awhile and has made the game virtually unplayable. My computer has the intel graphic card and AMD Radeon R9 m375 discreet hybrid graphics card. I am posting a video of the exact issue here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gD6mS-ExAgk

When the laptop is plugged in, the static occurs constantly. The moment I unplug the laptop, the flickering stops, but it drains my battery and I can't play for very long. As soon as I plug it back in, the flickering comes back and I can't play the game at all because it makes me nuts. I've tried ungrounding with a plug adapters. Because my graphics card is hybrid I can't run just one it, I've tried and it goes to windows rendered and becomes unplayable. I tried uninstalling all mods and again nothing changed. I have no idea how to fix this, help!

Have you tried using fullscreen borderless windowed mode?

it looks to me like a faulty plug issue? can you check that? try a diff adapter?
or faulty cable..something like that.

It is the built in screen on my laptop. If I hook up to an external monitor the flicker also goes away. The windowed mode has the same flickering issue throughout the whole screen. This is the only application I have this issue with so I'm clueless about the cause at this point.
