Green Water Reflection Bug - Vanilla Skyrim

Started my first playthrough of Skyrim SE (Vanilla on Ultra settings), and saw this odd green texture/reflection show up. Seems to happen where streams meet larger bodies of water. Anyone else notice this?

do you have ussep installed?, that fixes a load of scenery errors.
that one is the only must have mod, i dare say.
installing diff water may help too.
but if you insist on paying vanilla, be prepered to meet quite a few issues.
glithches were not solved in the se edition.

This is a bug everyone has in the vanilla version. I recognized it immediately, but i got used to it. Two more friends of mine reported exact the same greenish reflex. Mods help here.
