Let a giant hit you
Use close wounds
Repeat.
That's how I did it.
Step 2. goto college of winterhold.
Step 3. Buy levels.
Step 4. make more money.
How long does that take? sounds a bit risky but ill try it later.
Maybe i could get attacked by a few bandits, soak up some damage and heal through it but i might as well use Equilibrium[elderscrolls.wikia.com]
This is what ive done to get to 75 restoration but im looking for ways to go from 75 to what ever i need to start the ritual quest lines, its been a long time since i last played skyrim and i cant remember an efficient way to finish off restoration.
I was kind of hoping that Equilibrium[elderscrolls.wikia.com] combined with a self heal would do the trick and if not someone would know a better\easier way
2. Eqiup shield in left hand.
3. Equip healing spell in right hand.
4. Profit.
It was worse in the older versions, scarily enough. At least now it's just a mindless grind vs a stupid mechanic you had create your character around.
i like this games skill system because of the normal growth of skills
unlike falout where you shoot people in the face all day and learn... science?
i guess you studied the transfer of kinetic force from bullet to skull
am stil waiting for the uncapper tho, thats still missing
if you really want to grind just ignore a wolf pack or something while travelling
and keep castng heal as they bite your ankles
also helps lvling armor skill
2)Get gear with 100% restoration cost reduction, preferably armor. Get some giant to attack you and start healing, you will get both armor skill and restoration up this way. Using shield is ok too, for blocking. Giant - because harder hits mean more xp for armor and block, and for restoration due to more health to restore. Changing difficulty up or down is good too.
3)If you want your levels bloated, level Illusion instead. With Harmony spam in city, it takes about 5 casts to go 15->100.
4) Get Mage Stone up, and preferably Aetherium Crown and well rested bonus before doing any of the above.
Find a trap that resets or those swinging blades...let them hit you a couple times...heal...regen your Magicka...rinse and repeat.
But I would typically have a pretty high skill in Restoration fairly quick just from normal use.
Go there, walk a few feet in and heal at the same time. Step back out before you die.
That was by far the most effective and hassle free option
