Does being a vampire change your race at all?
Because I'm clearly a Nord but being treated like I'm not.

It sets your race to NordVampire or NordArgonian or some variation, which Bethesda was too lazy to script as having the same remarks as the normal Races. Look on the Wiki for more info, namely the part about instantly making yourself Vampire Lord

That's so stupid, wtf? Ulfric's right hand (Galmar I think was his name) is asking me why I want to be a Stormcloak because I'm "not a Nord". What the hell.

A Vampire Lord is its 'own' race. That is what Xerkie was trying to say.

What does he say exactly? I ran through on my last Nord non vampire and he said why would a foreigner want to join.
