Black cells - help!

I'm having an issue when entering some cells. I walk through the door and the entire area is black. Not dark; black. I can see my hands, the compass, my inventory and other screens, but the whole thing is black (though I've had one or two that have gone purplish and even had Apocrypha going purple, but still being able to see the sky). It's not all cells (thank goodness), but it does make it very difficult to do anything that may be required in that cell.

Shouldnt have two weather mods, that can cause the sky to bug out or just crash. "no interior fog" conflicts with lighting mods i believe, unless you have a patch. i personally would use an enb instead, a lot of lighting mods edit most if not all the cells in the game so a higher chance for a conflict.

Climates of Tamriel has a patch to work with True Storms. I'll look through my lighting / env mods. I had an ENB before and had a huge slip in FPS. I already have a fairly low fps as it is, so I really don't want to go back to that.

how low? you may have to many mods running for your current pc to handle, a good way to test would be to return to an effected cell and see if it still wont load. if not, save right before entering said "cell", close and relaunch the game and see if the cell loads properly this time. Also how big is your most recent save file?

First of all... your loading order is a huge MESS, mate!
You have the "Thief Jobs" at the bottom (as "MOST IMPORTANT") and lighting mods in the middle of the order!!!!!

The VERY LAST (in bottom) mods, they should be... ANIMATIONS...and on top of these, ALL your environment/lights/weather mods!

Ah... and "CHILDREN" mod! Very messy mod, cause a lot trouble... As you see, it's in the bottom with A LOT patches.

If I don't have Thieves Guild jobs last, it doesn't want to work at all. The order of most of these was determined by LOOT. Some, I've had to move around. Placement of animation mods in particular was determined by LOOT. My animations are not a problem at all. Appearance mods should be last and whatever you want to rewrite over anything else.

As for what is loading in a cell, everything is there, it's a matter of the lighting only. I can wander around and have the option to pick things up, I just can't see anything but my hands.

Anyhow, this seems to have fixed itself.

I don't think this has anything to do with mods. Mods can't do this. Unless you use black textures for everything with messed up lighting which is impossible.
