Happy gaming.
Yes and no you are NOT stupid. Bethesda is cryptic.
The Special Edition includes the critically acclaimed game and add-ons with all-new features like remastered art and effects, volumetric god rays, dynamic depth of field, screen-space reflections, and more.
Bethesda calls their DLCs....... add-ons. But they don't list them nor do the specifically say on the store page that you get them ALL.
So take no crap from people who tell you to "read the store page" because that page doesn't mention DLCs at all.
Because I got it for free I never read the blumf for it.
Admittedly I knew it had all the DLC, mainly from chatter about the game before launch, but that's not the same thing.
Just saying I have never read the store page.
Ok, anyone who read the excerpt you quoted and doesn't realize they are talking about all of the dlcs is just plain stupid.
That is your opinion and you are certainly entitled to it.
But if you look at another Bethesda game like Fallout 4 GOTY edition you see that they clearly list all the DLCs and specifically state that they are included.
So while you try to make yourself feel special by calling someone else "stupid" I'll maintain that Bethesda was cryptic when they designed their store page for Skyrim and allow that they guy asking the question was confused by the inconsistancy.
