Does Winterhold Restored fix the CoW Bridge?
just wondering if I need an extra mod

If you want to fix the bridge get immersive college of winterhold instead.

Idk how it is with your mod but iirc you must be arch mage first for icow before you can fix the bridge which is a nice reward.

Check the roadmap link on Obscure's page. I don't know when it will happen, but he has plans to address the bridge in an update. I suspect the rock spire will be first, though, based on something I read in the comments a while back.
