Depends if you know what you're doing or not. It's also not a blanket-fix for every software issue....if the root of the problem is something like your BIOS driver then a factory reset won't do jack.

I see. I got the problem when I installed mods and did some stupid thing with the files.

then a factory reset of the computer won't do anything. but uninstalling the mods will.

Have you tried validating the files through steam?

yes and reinstalling the game deleting files etc . probably trying to fix this crap for about 2 months maybe
If the game ran fine before whatever happened with your modding, just wipe the game completely from your hard drive (not just uninstalling through Steam, go in there and delete anything Steam might have left behind) then reinstall. Factory-resetting your entire computer is massive overkill and should not be necessary in the slightest.

I do believe I have tried this option multiple times but it still has not worked out. I might be able to play the original skyrim anyway :P

Can you provide us with your system spec?

tried deleting your INI files? they're in mydocs and are separate from the main install, first delete attempt might have missed that.

The files I accidentally deleted was the INI files and some other file included with the INI. After that the crash problems happened so it could be that?

Make sure to wipe out any other files that you left behind as well. Otherwise it may stop Skyrim from creating new, clean files.
