No you don't. I have a gtx 950 overclocked which runs far cry 3 at about 40-50 fps on high for example. My card is also over 2600% stronger than yours when it ISN'T overclocked. if you could even start far cry 3, you would get no more than 5-10 fps at best even on low. The Geforce 210 is one of the worst graphics cards on Earth. Literally. It's the weakest of its series and was relased over 8 years ago.

You can't play Skyrim on that computer.

It shows far cry 3 screenshots but not the fps. Even if there were screenshots showing 20-30 fps I wouldn't believe that you were running the game on a GT 210. Anyway, try Skyrim out and then if it doesn't run well, refund it. Or try a cracked version first.
