Synergy Skill Points? What mod is this from?

Now and then I get this little pop up that tells me there was a synergy skill point added. Or something along those lines. It doesn't happen when I level up, and not near as often either. I don't have a screenshot, but it's pretty easy to visualize anyway. I have no clue what this means, or what mod it belongs to. It doesn't add any skill points or anything. My first thought was Ordinator, but nope. I thought maybe it was Amazing Followers Tweaks, but not that I can tell either. Neither of the mod pages for these mods say anything about this.

It's just bugging the ♥♥♥♥ out of me that I don't know what this is, or what it belongs to. Does anyone know? Am I just retarded?

Weird, I didn't see anything when I looked on the page for it, even used ctrl + f. What does that mean when it says that?

When your follower fights with you and they use a skill then you can get experience for that skill. The reason I know that it's AFT is because it's the only common mod that we have, and I think somewhere in the description it does say.

You should really get the Unofficial patch as well. It will help with the bugginess of the game.

It means you get XP from your followers when they use thier skills.
