Templar Build

What's the best build for a templar? Does anyone know a good armour set without buying the one from the creation club?

I was thinking that a templar would wear heavy armour with a shield and use restoration spells but he may use fire spells as well, has anyone played a Templar build?

There are no Templars in (Real) Elder Scrolls, its not Earth. What you want is a Divine Crusader, a Paladin, a Knight of the Nine, the glory of Pelinal Whitestrake. Download Legacy of the Dragonborn so you can get the Divine Crusader artifacts, as well as Forgotten Magic so you can use the Paladin spells:
