Master destruction spells require you to stand still so only grab Master Destruction perk if you are creative enough. Using sneak and illusion to cast them helps. Otherwise it's a wasted perk.
Augmented Flames 1 and 2 whenever you can since your using fire. Intense Flames isnt really worth it unless you want to stop someone or yourself from reanimating the undead.
Destruction Dual Casting > Impact (if you want easy stagger locks)
Grab Fortify Destruction enchanted gear whenever you can.
Quiet Casting - if you plan on using sneak. Works on all spells and shouts.
Atronarch - if you want spell absorption
Everything else is up to your build. Destuction wont benifit off any other perk.
Look at the perk trees FFS.
Put the rest of your points into Enchanting to make gear to get Destruction cost down to 0% (or close enough not to matter) and in Alchemy for Fortify Destruction potions.
Upon entering combat drink a potion and dual-cast Shock Cloak. The potions and dual-cast don't just improve damage but extend the range considerably. The "Disintegrate" effect will keep proccing on any enemy damaged enough to be susceptible until it works. Disintegration Cloaks are the ultimate finishing move.
Use Incinerate as your main attack. You don't have the cost-reduction perk for it, but your cost is down to 0% anyway because of Enchanting so it doesn't matter.
If you're going "Pure Mage" you might want to take the "Apprentice" perk to reduce the cost of your cheapest Impact-capable spell line before you have decent cost-reducing gear.
There is a Flame Cloak spell just lying on a burning patch of ground where apprentice Ysolde's practice went horribly wrong along the shore north of Hob's Fall Cave.
Edit: One more thing, you need Ice Storm. It shoots through walls.
i take one point novice recovery (healing not eat magicka so much) + 2x point that magica recovery
is there needing point put conjuration? im using now familiar + that summon who shoot firebolts :D
On restoration, there's this perk called "Necromage". Only affected to Undead, which you can use that perk advantage for you, cuz you can be vampire
On Destruction, pretty much it's your damage skill to harm enemies. But the damage are limited, which is why Enchanting comes in.
On Enchanting, it's really helping you on any character type. SPECIALLY for mage. Once you learn like "Master Destruction", get "Fortify Destruction" enchantment, learn it, get your Enchanting skill to atleast level 80 and Insightful Enchanter(I think it's optional, but it's worth to take for Extra Effect, don't pick left or right branch. Not worth it), put it on 2 items, then YOU will no longer need magicka to cost them(Technically you still need them even though it doesn't cost you, game logic), and you can cast any other school spell without worrying about dmg-ing enemies without costing magicka.
On Alteration, It's your ONLY protection as mage. Get Novice>Master Alteration, Mage Armor, Stability, and Atronach. I have to warn you though, If you are a vampire, and you're going to take necromage, DO NOT pick Atronach. You'll have to pick Necromage first before picking Atronach. So the effect will increase. But I warn you about Necromage. If you're a vampire, it's not only Positive Buff increase, your weakness to fire will also increase, but that pretty much cleared by enchantment or dunmer race as long you can put your vampire stage at less than 2 or 3
what is easiest way get those soul stones? i keep interesting that enchament system what u told :3 also those mage armors etc was new info. thanks lot :)
If you can't figure out how you get stat points from playing then you need to actually read up on the game and educate yourself.
Stat points?
Perk points?
They're both will be added to your character, if your character level up. So grinding perk skill level will help your character level up. But if only perk skill are level up, keep doing it. It'll unlock a skill node for you to use
i mean how much i need take magicka and healt. i mean 80/20 ratio stats point (80% magica and 20% hp) so if u put 100 stats point u use 80 magica and 20 healt :)
Sorry, didn't see that you're asking xD
You can find them from mages on holds/cities. Jarl's Mage. Or you can find them pretty much everywhere, but mostly at early level it's gonna be petty or common. Later will be greater, and near end game will be grand. You can always do "The Black Star" quest for getting Black Star. Once you obtain the item, go back to a mage at the Inn on the Winterhold, which turning the Broken Star into Black Star. If you return it to Azure's Priestess, it'll turn into Azure's Star which you wont obtain Human Soul(Grand), which is really powerful version of soul gem. You can only Soul Trap animal type of enemies. If you turn it into Black Star, you can soul trap Human which give you always "Grand" version of Soul Gem. It's similar to Black Soul Gem, but it's pricy, and only in 1 use. For the Black Star/Azure's Star? They won't disperse after use.
