Where at start of the game can I find a first follower?

I had a Sven but he died and didn't like him. I thought about Mag or non-human follower (dog,wolf) Can you tell me where to find them?

Urthgerd in the Bannered Mare in Whiterun. Ask her for a fight and if you win she will follow you.

Theres usually a fight quest in each hold city, but Uthgerd is the closest at the start of the game in Whiterun.

Or you can pay 500 coin to hire a follower, usually 1 in each hold aswell. In Whiterun there is Janessa in the Drunken Hunstman.

Faendal is more useful as a follower; I usually stick with him until I have 500 gold, then I hire Marcurio at the Bee and Barb in Riften; in Whiterun you can also hire Jenassa, a dark elf ranger mercenary waiting for her next job at the Drunken Huntsman; she is good with both bows and dual wielding.
For a mere 100 gold you can also challenge Uthgerd the Unbroken to a brawl, at the Bannered Mare; once you win she'll be available as a follower.
