conjuration leveling

I have tried the usual tricks and so far nothing seems to work as it used to any more. is there still a way to power level conjuration or did they patch all the tricks out?

Aggro a Mudcrub (or anything really), stand on a rock where they can't reach you and spam cast a Bound Weapon. You have to be in combat for Bound Weapons to give Conjuration XP. I think you can still spam cast Soul Trap on corpses, but I haven't bothered with that in a long while. Otherwise you pretty much just conjure zombies/daedra every time you get in a fight and let it rise normally.

Oh, and make sure you pick up the Mage Stone and a Well Rested buff too.

Just spam cast non stop Soul Trap

2. Buy soul trap
3. Spam soul trap on the horse

Got it. So far, i tried casting soultrap on corpses but it just rezists the spell so the body just gets knocked around. As for the mudcrab thing, thanks for the tip. thats one thing i noticed that if i just spam out my atrinock's, nothing really happens but if im in combat, i get what i need.

Yeah you have to be in combat to stop just spamming Conjure Familiar or something at level 1 until you hit 100 skill. Too bad the AI pathing sucks and you can just stand on a rock. You can also work on Block, and Resto, with a mudcrab if you want

I can definitely confirm that the bought horse thing works. I bought a horse through my stewerd and just kept casting soultrap on him. only annoying part is if your stewerd is outside, you get a constant stream of "stop that" and "don't do that" from him or her.
