Stripe over my mouth as a vampire

Hello everyone,

ever since I became a vampire in the Dawnguard DLC, my character got some sort of stripe over the mouth.
It doesn't affect the gameplay, but it's really annoying.
I already tried to fix it by deactivating all of my mods but it didn't help.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

As I recall they added the extra uglies as part of the Dawnguard makeover - that is actually how it's supposed to look.

I don't like it either.

You have a stripe because you are a vampire. It's a cleft lip, like a bat. It's on purpose. Don' t like it, don't be a vampire.

Well, I wonder because the NPCs like Serana don't have it.

Is there some kind of mod to remove it?
