NMM's maximum download speed is 1mb/ps so if you're downloading a large mod thats like 70mb or more I'd recommend downloading manually.
Downloading them and putting the mods in the NMM are okay, they're not in the actual game until you install them manually.
But to install zipped mods into NMM it's quite simple
1. Locate the mods on your computer
2. Open NMM
3. Click and drag the zips into NMM and they will intergrate into NMM one by one.
Then if you want to install a mod, simply double click a listed mod on your NMM. But don't do it until you have the game and have it already installed.
BUT. Looks like you've never played Skyrim before, I wouldn't play the game with mods. To appreciate the game you need to know how it was made and how it is in its default state. Modding it straight up wouldn't be rewarding at all
Ah I see, that's fine then
Since you're new to modding I'd recommend reading this

Understand that modding a game can cause conflicts and with every mod you install you need to read the mods description page carefully and be aware of any possible incompatibilities and conflicts. Take note of what each mod requires and how they need to be installed as some mods require more special attention than others to function
ok. Thank you very much, Dark Anima
Then is very easy, thank you very much, HappyerbS.
Now I can delete all those 7z files or I need to keep it ?
I just not figured out how change the load order. I see read-me that I need to put "Diversity - An NPC Overhaul " in the bottom of load list, but, I cannot understand how to do it on Loot... I can change the order on "Mod Organizer" but in loot the "Diversity - An NPC Overhaul " keep being loaded first, like in alphabetic order...
When I download a mod from Nexus I always, after downloading with manager, also download manually to my Skyrim Mods folder or FNV Mods folder or whatever game it is. That way I always have that mod.
I use LOOT everytime I install a mod, even if it's a small mod. And if you want a stable game then it pays off to do it often
LOOT is simple to use
1. Open up LOOT and make sure Skyrim is the game that's been picked.
2. On the top right, there's an icon with 3 bars, all different lengths, click on that
3. Wait until it's sorted and then click Apply when it pops up.
And you're good to go, good luck

VERY IMPORTANT if you wish to successfully mod your game
Do not use WinRar to extract files, it sucks. Use 7-zip instead:
