Skyrim SE fishing bug
I've been playing the special edition and I've run into a bug. I picked up a fishing job from Delvin at the thieves guild ex: Pickpocket Jareel's Emerald from Jareel in whiterun. However when I find the character they don't have that item in their inventory which makes it impossible. Is there a fix for this or are these fishing jobs impossible?

I completed several other quests for the guild story line, like returning noctural's skeleton key and this problem seems to have been nulified. I can complete fishing jobs now. If anyone else has this problem try this.
