Report a translation problem
1. Make sure you have downloaded the requirements for each and every mod. On each mods page there is a section called requirements usually under the mods description. If a mod requires another mod to be installed it wont work without that mod.
2. Make sure none of the mods you use stated it had to be downloaded manually if the mod states it has to be downloaded and installed manually it wont work if you used vortex to install it.
3. Mod mergers and script merger programs can help merge mods or scripts to help take care of conflicts.
4. The ultimate way to get your game working when mods cause an issue (and it is the issue) Is disabling a mod checking if the game works. Disable another check if the game works rinse and repeat until your game works. The last mod you disabled is the likely culprit for the problem.
NOte 4 is garaunteed to work. But it also has a high chance of corrupting your save. Meaning ruining a playthrough. And the more mods you have the longer it takes.
I dont know if you even have a playthrough currently. But just fyi.

and of course you can keep using vortex (i do with 354 mods without any problems) and i have no idea why people alyways say "its bad" without any context why.
Vortex is a perfectly fine mod manager, as is MO2. There are guides in the pinned topics for setting up SKSE64 so it launches via Vortex/MO2.
NMM is currently relying on community support to keep it going, but as that support slowly moves away, it will reach a point were it's no longer viable. Bare that in mind when people keep recommending NMM.
After that it tends to be take off the last mods you installed, if it still crashes on a new game, remove half of them, if it still crashes repeat, etc. One you have a load order that doesn't crash, add them one at a time, and do a test play before adding more.
Also please note that if you remove/disable mods you need to either start a new game or use a save from before you added them, because mods bake data into saves and there is no way of removing it.
I just read NMM has a few flaws, specially with big mods. Rather use Vortex. Source [www.nexusmods.com]. Look after the "Do Not Use NMM" part for more details. (Thats the Mod with other Tamriel Regions, thatswhy it is so big xD)
I could be wrong but if you're not making it to the main menu either your skse isn't installed / setup correctly or you have mods that are missing masters (requirements)
Read each mod description carefully before you add it - there often are special instructions for installing as well as compatibility notes. Slow down and test, and your modding life will be better all around.
Skyrims engine can only handle so many scripts running at once and with too much you'll see major delays in scripted combat actions.
Wildcat is a very scipt heavy mod and combined with those populated npc etc mods you've got I'd say chances are pretty good you're going to be clogging your script pipeline pretty badly.
I see you've also got both FNIS and nemesis installed, I've seen reports that they can get along but the nemesis page does explicity say it's not compatible with fnis.
I've recently replaced fnis with nemesis to try out cgo and have found nemesis to be handling all my previously fnis dependant animation mods just fine.
With a large load order there are a LOT of variables to deal with, some mods are finicky about their place in the load order relative to other mods and it's not uncommon for LOOT to miss this.
And going over 200+ mod description pages and the pages of posts to figure out an issue isn't particularly feasible starting from square one.
Being new to modding you've bitten off a lot to chew here, it'd probably be a lot easier and more fun to just pick your favourite 50 mods, install half of them, test it, and then go from there.
I don't wanna rain on ur parade or anything and I applaud your glorious vision for skyrim but i spent months trying to fix borked gameplay before I realized that large and complex load orders are quite hard to get right and having mod managers and loot doesn't automate the process by a long shot.
