Help my character is missing exactly 1 hp and it's bugging me out

My health is marked red but the active effects tab shows nothing i tried everything i could think off but nothing helps

My game is highly modded and i never encounderd anything similar in my many hours of skyrim i reloaded an older save and the character was not affected its no biggy actually i just want to know what caused it and how to prevent it

If you open the perks screen, how much health does it show you have? Because for every level up, you spec into Mana, Stamina or Health. I believe every few levels, the other skills also get a slight boost. How did you split your level ups? How much health does it show you have in total?

Then of course do the usual, prey at a shrine in case it's a disease. This should show up in the active effects section but you never know. Put all of your inventory into a chest to see if it's maybe an item applying a debuff. Maybe it's non-unequippable like Hircine's ring was for her quest.

For all I know, red marked means you have some debuff applied. That should mean your total health is okay, but for some reason you can't reach it. Try enabling godmode to see what it does to your health.

Save your game, then try setting your health to different values by using the player.setav health X command. Setav refers to "Set Actor Value". player.modav applies a multiplier. Last console thing you could do that might tell you something would be to use player.getavinfo health, see what that puts out.

I don't know what I'm aiming for with these but maybe you end up with some more data of what's actually wrong, so you could try these. Also check your questlog, I don't know of any, but maybe there's a quest that applies a debuff. Read the summaries of the quests, maybe there's something in there.

I have 1000 magica and 200 health and stamina, the effect appeared out of thin air it's similar to a disease but it only removes one hp and its not listed in the active effects tab i did basically everything from praying, Dispel magic effects, console commands to a clean save, i loaded a save tow levels below and the effect was not there.

I removed everything from my character it didn't change a thing, at this point i tried everything i can think of but it doesn't matter i loaded an older save and played up to the same point and it didn't happen again it's probably just some random bug or maybe its from a mod idk
