Notice board not in whiterun?

I got the notice board mod and didnt find it in whiterun, to make sure it worked i went to riverwood and there is a notice board there, why isnt it showing up in whiterun?

It's been a bit since I've used that mod but the Notice Board should be right in front of the Bannered Mare building. Like, right against the wall, so up the little stairs and look for it. It might blend it with the building itself at a glance so just give it a twice-over.

Do you have any other mods that change whiterun?

I have gardens of whiterun (just adds plants to whiterun) but when i disable it my game crashes.

If it only truely add plants to whiterun, it would not crash when removed.

And where did you get this mod for special edition, I could only find it for oldrim

The XB1 version does say this

"Just keep in mind, mods which alter the area within Whiterun might have issues"
