Deadly Mutilation for SE?

I saw this cool mod on nexus called Deadly Mutilation, it basically adds more gore and you can slice enemies in half and so on you get the idea. Unfortunately I cannot find it for Special Edition, I did find a guide on how to make the Oldrim one work for Special Edition however I don't understand it because I am not too experienced with Skyrim modding, if someone would add me and guide me to set it up in a more beginner friendly way I would be so thankful, or if anyone knows an alternative mod similar to this that works for Special Edition. Thanks in advance.

follow the instruction on this forum post same mod but is for sse and i can confirm it works (was using it last night)

Hey thanks for replying bro. That's what I was referring to in my post. But the problem is I have no clue how to make any of that work, would you be kind enough to add me and guide me through it, please?

if you can explain in the topic how the installation works ty by advance, i already get cbbe et xp32 as they say in the other topic but i have no clue what to do with mediafile stuff they mention

i try right now i do tests you can add the mod manually once you downloaded deadly mutlation through mediafile, lets see
