I cant get in to Mercers house.
After i shoot down that ramp next to his house.. i have no way to get inside coz everything is locked & i dont have key. Am i missing something?

did they ask you to go in then if so lockpick it or steal it off the person that whas garding it

Quest says infiltrate Mercers house. Only guy that seems to guard that building is inside locked
-__-. .. Okay while i was tryin to talk to Vex again & that guard teleported inside thief guild & now i have key.
