Report a translation problem
You're using mods - that means that you altered your game with things you don't fully understand and now you're facing problems. So the most natural thing to do would be deactivating and uninstalling the mods and try it again. Better: a previous savegame.
And then activate one mod at a time to sort the bad mod out.
BUT ... there will be this old guy telling you that God himself recommended not to do that during gameplay and whatnot. So it's up to you to decide.
EDIT: OMG Kate THANK YOU! It worked. I used only the unofficial patch.. I made a NEW SAVE just in case. Now I will install one by one the mods and find out which one is working or not with the specific quest. I will then make a post to the mod creator.. Thank you Kate!
