How to brawl?
I mean, I can win brawls, but it takes like 5-10 minutes of right mouse clicking...

Brawls are painful and bad made and you as Dowa should win since it is your story. Do as I do. Turn down difficult to lowest, win the fight and go back to legendary setting after.
I cant stand punching for 10 minutes. It is just......

That's why. There is no unarmed skill and on Legendary you're doing 25% damage to enemies. Either change the difficulty for brawls, get a full suite of Unarmed gear (enchanted Fortify Unarmed, Heavy Gaunts + Fists of Steel perk), or do your brawls early on. Or get a mod that makes unarmed worth a damn.

Always grab the Pugalist gloves in Riften for brawl fights (unless you go the heavy armor perk route)
