Dawnguard .. Gunmar has sent me to capstone cave ??
I have a mission to go to capstone cave and kill the master vampire ???? THERE IS NO CAPSTONE CAVE AS FAR AS I CAN FIND ??? Is this a mod i need to get rid of ???

There should be a quest marker, probably under Miscellaneous, you need both miscellaneous and the quest inside it to both be ticked.

There is one mod called Quests are in Skyrim. Install that and you dont get those random quests outside Skyrim.
