Harkon is glitched! Doesn't give me the choice to become a vampire?

So I started the Dawnguard DLC (mainly for the achievements) and I'm trying to become a vampire lord. So I bring Serana into the hall, harkon does his minute long rant and he doesn't give me the choice. Right after he changes into a vampire lord his dialog just skips and he says so be it and banishes me. Is this a mod issue or is there a fix I can use? Please help

Could be a mod issue. Would be able to make a better guess if you post your mod load order.

I only have graphic mods enabled, FNIS and the unofficial patch along with the script editor
Unless CBBE is the main cause >.<

Please post your LOOT sorted load order here so that we can see as a glance exactly what you have and can refer to it. I actually figured it out by pure mistake!
One of my mods forces vampires and werewolves to transform faster and that was causing the glitch! Sorry about that!

Yes :D
Also I'm going to put this here just in case it happens to someone else.

The Mod is called Faster Transform - To Werewolf and VampireLord and only glitches out harkon, I'm not sure if it affects the companions quest or not, I'll test that out later!
