missing ingredients from the alchemy table
i've been playing for about 50hrs and have been leveling up my alchemy using the Wheat + Giant’s Toe + Creep Cluster recipe early on. then i progressed onto the game for some time and ended up collecting a few more giant's toe on my quests only to be surprised when i hit the alchemy table and it's not listed there for use but can be found when in the item>ingredients list in the menu. any one ran into something like this?

it appears i have. i've ended up with a ton of open quest with me talking to pretty much everyone when i visit towns. thanks, i'll go finish the quest and see if that sorts it out for me.
