Sprint Camera with weapon drawn

You know when you sprint and the fov does a bit of a zoom-in? When stopping, the camera simply snaps back into place back to the default FOV instead of smoothly zooming back out. I've uninstalled any and all camera mods and mods that affect how the camera works, but this issue still persists.

Anyone know what could be causing it? Maybe a way to fix it?

EDIT: This happens only with the weapon drawn, and does its usual smooth in/out transition when my weapons are sheathed. This only also affects melee weapons, camera with ranged weapons are unaffected.
