Salvianus Follower

I'm using the Amazing Follower Tweaks mod, and I'm trying to use the spell it gives you to make Salvanius, the insane Imperial in the Ratway, into a follower. After using the spell, you have to open the dialogue tree with the NPC and select "Manage with AFT" to complete the process. However, I can't open the dialogue tree with Salvianus- he just repeats his usual lines. Is there a console command I can use to force the tree to open?

I'm not 100% sure but I think he's one you can't make a follower with AFT. Maybe there is a mod that does.

Or maybe with EFF but I doubt it.

I never paid much attention to the list of NPCs you can't make followers because I use standalone Follower mods alot now.
